Sometimes I feel like my head wants to explode.
My thoughts screaming all over my head.
Sometimes I wish I had an antidote to cure this mess.
You might as well feel this type of way.
Which sometimes I find it quite funny instead.
Focusing on your purpose is not an easy task.
Here are ways that can help you focus on things that really matter to you and eliminate distractions.

STOP COMPLAINING
Complaining can lower your focus and makes you transfer and communicate in a negative way.
A man that complains will never attain a relevant and positive outcome, there’s a way the universe responds to you when you keep complaining and not being grateful for what you have, the laws of attraction states this clearly you attract things that you dwell on so therefore you bring in more circumstances that’s going to keep you complaining because that’s what you are focusing on.
When you stop complaining and you increase your focus on the things that really matters to you, you’re going to bring in circumstances and events, people and they will gravitate towards your frequency positively and these events will change your positive outlook on life and give you more to be grateful for.

HAVE A CLEAR AND SPECIFIC GOAL
Goals are what makes a man relevant, having a certain goal you want to accomplish will liberate you.

Your goal could be something like this:
Learn a high income.
Exercise more often.
Read more.
Take care your parents.
Build high value relationships.
Having these certain goals will help you remain focused and gives you the zeal to keep moving forward, even though when you feel kind of stuck you’ll easily remember your GOALS and think deeply why you started in the first place.
See let me tell you a certain truth,this might be harsh or rude, but just ease your nerves and listen to what I am about to tell you. You might feel you’re going to attain your goals and mean while you keep running in a vicious circle that’s doing you no good.
I really do admit to this because I have felt this way, but my spirit knew better and keeps telling me and wants me to do the right thing.
That’s why it’s important sometimes to take a break and focus your inner mind on gratitude.
I say this because I know how powerful this works and how it can elevate our minds from distress,pain, fear, guilt, shame.
When your mind is at rest then you can go on and keep working on your clear and specific goals you’re ready to attain.

MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL
You’re not overwhelmed, you’re unorganised.
—wake up earlier.
—create a to do list.
—set deadlines.
—stick to your schedule.
The use of your time is one of the key ingredients to your success, we all have the same 24 hours a day, the way you use your time is one thing you should try your best to account for and the best thing is to allocate your time to places and things that will make you better.

FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE
Everyone wants results but nobody wants to stay focused,the bitter truth is that not everyone is going to be rich and wealthy.
And this is also highly determined by what you focus on, when you focus on high in return value activities, you focus on improving yourself.
These high value activities that you focus on will definitely do you a lot of good in the long run.
The gap between your current life and the life you want is called FOCUS.
Focus 100% on things that are positive.

…. Know your WHY.
Honestly I have been struggling with this also and sometimes I get overwhelmed.
But it’s okay I understand I’m also human.
Knowing your WHY is very important to your purpose.
You should know the reason why you engage in some activities you do.
When you sit yourself and ask yourself this question you are going to get various answers coming to your head.
This is where you’ll kind of get frustrated and begin to wonder that do this really matter.
But the truth is It Honestly do matter.

So seat yourself and know your WHY and work with your WHY.
…. Ask a friend or someone you trust to describe your personality to you.
And the truth is this person should be ready to tell you the good and bad side of you.
Through this process you should take note of certain behaviours or attitude that you commit to the most.
This will help you identify what you are good and bad at.
With this you’ll be able to develop more good side of your attitude and try to minimise or do away with the bad side of you.

…. Keep yourself accountable.
This process helps you to be responsible for the decisions you make.
Taking good decisions helps you project your life in a constructive way.
Therefore leading you to be more conscious of the decisions you make.
Good decisions leads to growth.
Bad decisions leads to destruction.

… Maintain Good habits.
Habits are the bedrock of your character.
Your character is also the bedrock of your destiny.
The habits you keep are very important you become What you repeatedly do.
When you read consistently you become a reader.
When you build consistently you become a builder.
You become What you consistently Do.

… Connect with yourself spiritually.
This can be inform of your religion.
I personally believe in GOD and I believe in is MAGNIFICENT POWER.
I believe he will reveal more of myself to me.
I don’t know what you believe in but I suggest you believe in the POWER OF GOD.

And he will surely reveal you to yourself.
I know so because he created YOU and I.
He knows our purpose and he will not fail to fulfil his purpose upon Us.
